Grounding Problems

To tell you the truth I don't really ground. I may push out energy that I don't like but for the most part I just convert it/synchronize all my energy. I have such a constant inflow and outflow of energy I really have no need to ground.

I've not found grounding that useful for me. I generally care about focal points and being able to focus. Focusing on the breath is really useful and I can focus on that nothing I can perceive mentally will work, at the expense of course that it messes up my natural breathing, but it's quite good. If I have crap energy left over, I just try to use it somehow instead of throw it away, like in the winter when I get junk mail and I don't throw it out like in the summer, but I "recycle" it so to speak.

They'll probably answer any questions you might have about the problems you're talking about.

But WW it is so much more fun/cooler to make everyone repeat themselves every few weeks for the same problem opposed to going and read some article that is always available, at any time, with answers to the majority of questions...
