Fluff and Flights of Fancy Is it absurd, "out there", vanishingly unlikely, ridiculous, or logically a bit questionable? Here's where it goes!

There is some debate over whether Hitler enjoyed the odd sausage or not, but he was very, VERY "superior" about others enjoying eating "their dead flesh". So I think it's unlikely.

He was also noted as being very kind to animals, while being extremely hateful to humans. See, the completely evil human being is something of a myth.

Take Joseph Mengele. He was also a doting father to his own kids...

... and a complete psyscho with other people's kids.
Hey. Their history's most hated villains. It's their prerogative to be at least a little inconsistent

Depends on the perspective, really.

To a Russian, the Nazi would be "history's most hated villain".

To a Palestinian, the Jew would likely be "history's most hated villain."

Hate is all part of population control. Ever read George Orwell, 1984? Or Animal Farm?

And it happens everywhere. Even the US of A.

You think I don't know. Well, maybe you're wrong. Maybe I'm wrong.

But assuming you are always right always puts you in the wrong.

Because assume just makes an ass of u and me.

No! That surely cannot be! I mean everybody loves America, don't they? DON'T THEY? Oh, why can't the whole world just love America? Why? WHY? WHY?!!

Lol. You're right. Although, not many people anywhere nowadays would say Hitler was a good person, I don't think. Grant you, there aren't many neo-Nazi's or skinheads where I live, luckily. For them.

Hmm... I'll tell you ONE thing I trust America with. More than my own country. More than any other country.

That's basic, fundamental control of the internet. OK, the control is flawed, Americans are human and flawed, etc.

But I trust your constitution much more than I trust the UK one, which is invisible, has never been written down, and puts me in the mind of a contract with "conditions subject to change without notice" sort of thing.

I don't believe in good or bad PEOPLE. I believe in good or bad ACTIONS.

Hitler's actions were of an evil inspiring magnitude that spanned the world, and generations.

However, in one sense, he was "good" for the Allies - his military decisions were not based on simple principles of logistics ("Get their firstest with the Mostest") but on arcane principles of racial superiority ("We ARE the supermen, therefore WE WILL WIN NO MATTER WHAT.") So rather than assassinate him, the Allies let him live. Was that action "evil"? Hard to say, from my perspective.

Sadly, that sort of arcane theory isn't confined to WW2 Hitler or neo-Nazis. It's still all too common, in my opinion.

Old habits die hard. I'm impressed we've come so far so quickly. The concept of universal political equality is a young one. And now it is overtly postulated by just about everybody. OK. You still get some Islamic, Oceanic and African states where it is still laughed at, but generally, we are doing quite well. I think we've gotten to a point where we generally don't HATE each other for being different. Yet secretly many people feel superiority, be it cultural or genetic, to those who are culturally or racially different. Hatred is a stronger emotion than, shall we just call it arrogance? Yet the arrogance has outlasted it, I think, because it takes A LOT of effort to hate. That Freudian crap about natural love/hate dualism doesn't hold true as far as I can tell. On the other hand, arrogance is convenient. I think shedding arrogance will be humanity's next big step toward everybody holding hands and singing kumbaya together. Yippee

I'm not impressed how far we did not come. I'm actually sad how we have only advanced technologically. Universal political equality is just like Alexander justifying his means to go and unite the rest of the world under one ruler, through force. We don't hate each other, but due to so much clutter and infestation we can't all accept each other fairly.
