Basic exercises

Sorry that my first post on here in ages isn't very cool or though provoking. I get by I suppose you could say off of the exercises people post online for learning different energetic based skills and one I want to look more into now is healing. See, a very close personal friend of mine was born with a hormonal disorder I guess you could say, nothing severe, it only causes slight nausea and discomfort. However this friend and I are close and I've noticed that when the two of us have conversations about the status of our relationship together, she will get sick perhaps the day after or somewhere around that time. I fear that I'm only helping to trigger that imbalence, so it would behoove me if I could learn howto heal others. It's a stretch I'll admit, but that's why I wanted to ask if anyone knew some excercises, perhaps things I could try on myself first, because I don't have people neccessarily to practice on. Just something I could try until I gained some proficiency and that may have an impact on the disorder, preferably a positive one.
P.S. irony of ironies, as I was typing this the very same friend gave me the news that she had been at the hospital almost all day today, for the reason I've just mentioned in fact. I relay this perhaps thinking you will understand where I'm coming from. Also she does take medicine for it, it's just not something that can completely be solved by conventional means, so excuse me if I come accross as desperate.

Think about it. If it could be solved by conventional means, that means the company making the drugs wouldn't have to make so many. I'm not saying the drugs are causing the problem. What I'm saying is, they are not curing it, just masking it.

Healing drills? Start on yourself is my best advice. Only when you are condident in your skills as regards to yourself should you permit yourself to try to help others.

And of course, if everyone learned self healing skills, then their wouldn't be nearly so many problems. And all those drug companies wouldn't make nearly so much money. ;)

That's pretty sound, I'm just not sure what would be most effective, what I can visualize, or how I can bend the energy, what to project onto it that will give it healing properties. Practicing on myself, that's a good idea though, I wouldn't really dream of starting on someone else, I mean, I personally have never been hurt by the misuse of energy, but I've heard that it happens.

yeah my advice is use reiki. it can't do anything but positive things with energy systems. its said to be the divine energy, or God's Loving energy and thats why it can never hurt people who treat or get treated.

Reiki is NOT psionics. Please do not direct beginners to other energy working systems on this forum. If they are here, assume they are asking about psionics.

I have personally found Reiki to be utterly useless, as well as inconsistent.

Not sure, I'd say ask a reiki master on a reiki forum, answers to those questions aren't supposed to be found here, not because it's wrong, but because this is a psionics only forum, where we study psionics, for the sake of learning psionics. It's kinda in the name to.

To charge a laser, first determine the type of laser you intend to operate. If you intend on using a continuous wave laser, then you cannot- strictly speaking- charge the laser, as the laser is on continuous output. However, you can engage the laser; to do so, ensure that all laser elements are functioning and in their proper places, and then close the circuit enclosing the laser system. Alternatively, if you intend on using a pulsed laser, then you can charge without operating the laser. This can be done by isolating the discharge capacitors that maintain the laser pumping, and closing this circuit independently of the circuit containing the rest of the laser system.
