The latter, for sure. I'm still a couple lessons back from the end of the Monroe experience but take offs and landings I'm OK at. Navigation and orientation are still a bit fiddly sometimes, I must admit. Just travelling around a room and looking at yourself is amazing, but that's just the start.

Punching up to 40,000 feet in an eyeblink without an airplane is just nutty. I have a lot of problems doing it UNLESS my body is in a comfortable horizontal position, warm, relaxed, no distractions, and I do have to take time to get that relaxed.

The last part - telling all the parts of your physical body to sleep, to let go - is probably the longest on the check list. If there's a problem, you can hop right back in and sort it out.

So don't let it get to you. I'm in my 40s and I've just started learning this stuff. Tried when I was a teenager but I was WAYYY too much a maniac.

I saw god once. I know it was astral projection because I saw the cord attached to my body. I was summoned out of the blue. God is very very loud and big. He has his own universe.

Only in the past 200 years or so, and only in English speaking "materialistic" society, have such experiences become seen as the result of a "sick mind".

My conclusion; you are not mad. English speaking society is. Reason: To keep power concentrated, and exclusively, jealously guarded.

Am I paranoid? After my experiences in life, who wouldn't be?

I count you as a friend. I think the number of my name plus birth and time of birth is 60 but thats just a guess really. The number of god I think is 5 but that also happens to be the number of my license plate. I take it seriously but again I don't. There is a rational and irrational answer for everything.
