Grounding Problems

I have troubles grounding. I'm not very experienced in psionics, however I can move energy around fairly well to the best of my knowledge. The problem I'm having is this: Whenever I try to channel negative energy from my body into the earth, I feel like I'm losing something vital. It's a hard sensation to describe, but I end up feeling sort of... hungry... while it's leaving my body, like I'm removing straight from my energy storages. I've seen some grounding practices that involved channeling white healing energy in afterward. I figured that this would help if I used the healing energy to fill the void. However, when I channel white energy in to me in this manner (works fairly fine if I channel it into wounds or sore muscles), I only end up feeling nauseous. Any clues what this is? I'd love an opinion or two, and you of course have my permission to scan if you'd like.

Also, this may be unrelated, but one of the times I tried grounding, the black energy I channeled out seemed to have purple beads attached to it.

Here is what I think: your main energy "color" is black. Does not mean you are evil in any sort of way, just your natural color, like mine. My true energy color is black and relax my energy is black and fills my entire body. A friend tried to clean my energy system once by removing black energy, I became very tired very fast, but when he removed white energy I felt so much better.... just natural energy signature color is dark black.

start embracing black energy and you will most likely see a improvement in your abilities.

That's possible? I'd still use white for healing purposes though, right? It seems to work fairly well when I'm in pain. Would channeling black energy with the intent to heal be fine?

The colors one sees are only a representation within ones own mind.

What looks like blue to me looks like some other color to you, and the reason is what it symbolizes, if blue to me symbolizes aura energy, your aura would look blue to me even if it looks grey, white, golden, or anything else to others.

Now, there are other things to take into consideration though, such as the fact that you *can* color things, including your aura, it takes practice and experience to learn how to determine the interpreted color from a "real" color.

To answer your question (if you didn't already get the answer from Daimon because he is 100% correct) is yes, healing with black energy is completely possible with healing intent.

Daimon what do you mean by "'real' color."? Energy color is either interpretation (ex. life/healing energy being seen as green) or programing, conscious or subconscious, (ex. blue psiball and everyone sees it as blue because it is programed to (sometimes I wander if we telepathicly tell people what color to see it as))
To me most energy is clear unless given/programed a color or I tell myself what color to interpret specific energy as. My internal energy is calm and cool, and I find the color black safe and secure so my energy is dark colored. And because I interpret it as black others see it as black.

Oh, that makes sense. Basically, the colour of the energy is simply perception? I can catch that. Thank you for your answers.

I was a little scared that the black energy would start screwing me over soon enough.

One more question, how would I actually ground? Experiment to see what's right, or is there a better way? Chaosangel, what method do you use?

By "real" color I mean programmed or natural color, one that is not an interpretation.
We don't tell people what color something is, it's programmed.

When I ground I use a fractal overlay to clear out anything that's not my energy and dumping it into the ground/earth.

Does this come in english? Overlays I sort of understand, but where fractal geometry comes in, I have no clue.

As a side note, I have hardly been able to manipulate energy lately. I'm assuming that it's me being tired and unable to focus, but could it be a result of draining "negative" energy out when it was really my own energy?

Hmm... I'm guessing that the word "filter" would do nicely for "fractal overlay".

It's not entirely correct, in that a "filter" is set up to only work within a given range of parameters - for instance, the filter in the fuel system of a car is guaranteed to prevent particles of a certain size from penetrating, smaller particles will get through.

I would guess that what Daimon is talking about is a more dynamic, responsive thing - it takes account of moods, current situations, current injuries or trauma, etc.

A different take on it - real light giving colours which we see is determined by the colour of the surface it is reflecting off, but also by the tint of the colour which is used (so sunlight isn't really pure white, but is mostly a yellowish/greenish tint).

So, when viewing things in a different way, what Daimon is trying to get is the genuine nature of what is perceived, rather than overlay factors from themself or from external sources.

I think you're pretty spot on, yes.

It's a filter that I "pull" over me/through my field and it catches whatever I tell it to (In this case, anything that's not my energy) and pools it out under me and into the earth.
